We offer 3 types of saunas, infrasauna, steam sauna, Finnish sauna and outdoor hot tub. Operated daily from 10:00 to 22:00, reservations in advance directly at the reception at the hotel.

Steam Sauna

Steam Sauna with temperature 45 – 55 °c and humidity

Up to 100% are among the reliable healers. It acts preventively against weakening of the organism, diseases, promotes the overall recovery of the body, relaxes and thrives on beauty. Moist and warm air affects the airways, also bloodsing and reviving the skin. The steam bath is recommended by experts for sleep disturbances, depression, stretched muscles and weakening of blood vessels.

The recommended length of stay in the steam sauna is 15 minutes, and then it is advisable to properly cool the ice shower and indulge in a short relaxation.

Finnish sauna

Dry sauna with a temperature of 85 – 100 °c is excellent for the prevention and immunity of the organism. Sweating from the body will turn off all toxins and then cooling improves our immunity.

Increased blood circulation and overheating improves the mobility of the muscles and joints, it leads to reduction in pain. Thorough sweating washes away dirt from the skin, which also has considerable cosmetic significance. By heating sharply and then cooling, the blood vessels expand and narrow, making them more elastic.

The recommended time to spend in sauna is from 5 to 15 minutes. After this time it is necessary to cool the body with cold shower.


Infrasauna is intended for therapeutic treatments and is suitable for persons who have a low tolerance for high temperatures. It is recommended to stay 25-30 minutes. Deep heat stimulates muscles and organs, resulting in severe sweating. By increasing body temperature, the blood supply is ensured, resulting in the degradation of fat cells, cholesterol, poisonous substances and heavy metals. Infrasaunas are very pleasant and do not burden the body. No subsequent cooling of the organism is necessary.

Hot tub

Thanks to its gentle massage, the hot tub has a sensititious effect, relaxes muscle tone and psychological tension. It is used for musculoskeletal disorders, to improve the blood supply of limbs, scar healing and insomnia. It is especially indicated for neurosis, insomnia and headache.

The recommended period of stay in the jacuzzi is 20 – 30 minutes. The water temperature is 36 – 38 °c.
